Approach
Our approach to successful project development follows 6 simple steps.

Step 1:

Familiarisation with the client's industry sector. This means researching the competition and developing a thorough understanding of what works and what doesn't.

Step 2:

Discuss the project in detail with the client. What does the client expect from the project?

Factors could include the business objectives to be addressed, design concepts (look and feel), and required functionality in the case of web based projects.

This step can involve an element of brainstorming, with Red Media Design introducing possibilities and perspectives that the client may not have considered.

Step 3:

Project deliverables and a production timeline are agreed.

Step 4:

Red Media Design returns to the client with two alternate design templates for the project. After discussion - and possibly revison - a final design concept is agreed.

Step 5:

Production (following the timeline agreed in step 3). In the case of web based projects, the web site is tested and then launched.

Step 6:

Project sign-off.
