Case study: Conrad Hotels

Conrad Hotels - the Hilton Group's designer / boutique hotel chain - launched across Asia during the late 1990s and early 2000, with hotels opening in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali and Bangkok.

For the Bangkok launch, Red Media's Dirk Smith, working with Conrad's advertising agency, devised and implemented a multi-platform interactive strategy to drive room occupancy and the profile of the hotel during the opening 12 months.
